LPEC's Founder and CEO, Mike Nagyhazy, is a diverse, trusted loss prevention and security executive with over 20 years of experience in higher-risk retail, corporate, supply chain, hospitality, and health-related environments. Mike successfully led nation-wide teams with direct oversight of critical incident response, policy implementation, security equipment platforms, physical security strategies, vendor partnerships, and multi-million dollar budgets. Bringing experience from Target Corporation, Mervyns, Harbor Freight Tools, 24 Hour Fitness, and Hyatt Hotels, Mike adapts quickly to various environments and truly enjoys the challenge of customizing loss prevention and security programs for various businesses. Mike currently sits on a local San Diego Police Board, building valuable partnerships with law enforcement.

In 2017, Mike re-routed his career from the traditional, corporate environment to launch LP Executive Consulting.
